Yin Yoga is a slow, grounded practice that quietly nourishes the body, mind, and spirit.
At Innerswim, we approach Yin Yoga as a multidimensional practice that invites you to soften, listen deeply, and return to the wisdom of your body.
This training is about more than long-held postures and deep release. It’s an exploration of stillness, receptivity, nervous system nourishment, energetic awareness, and the art of allowing.
Through this upcoming teacher training, you’ll deepen your own relationship with Yin while learning how to hold intentional, meaningful practice spaces for others.
This training blends live online study sessions with in-person pose labs, giving you both the spaciousness of at-home learning and the depth of hands-on, real-time practice.
If you feel called to embody stillness, teach from presence, and move through the world with more softness and depth, this training is for you.
The upcoming Yin Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers, spaceholders, dedicated students and anyone who is ready to explore the deeper layers of Yin Yoga.
