About InnerSwim on YouTube

The Innerswim channel is a free practice space for women who are seeking deeper rest, nervous system support, and a more embodied connection to themselves.

Here you’ll find gentle Yoga Nidra practices, Yin Yoga classes, guided meditations, and intuitive self-connection resources to help you soften, slow down, and return to your inner rhythm.

These practices are created to support the woman who feels deeply. The one who is learning to honour her energy, trust her body’s wisdom, and create a softer, more sustainable way of moving through life.

Watch the latest practices on YouTube, or explore deeper support through the Innerswim Sanctuary, Yoga Nidra Library, and Inner Cosmos Yoga Nidra Teacher Training.

Meet Your Guide

I’m Jaylyn Bernachi, a therapeutic yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra educator, energy worker, and menstrual cycle mentor.

Through Innerswim, I create spaces for sensitive and intuitive women to rest deeply, reconnect with their bodies, and remember the wisdom already living within them.

The podcast is an extension of that work: part teaching space, part ritual space, part quiet conversation for the woman who is ready to return to herself.
