Free guided practice + companion ritual guide.
Guided by Jaylyn Bernachi, Founder of Innerswim
Come as you are.
Maybe your mind has been busy.
Maybe you’ve taken in too much today.
Maybe you simply need a little space to hear yourself again.
You don’t need to know how to meditate, clear your mind, or do anything perfectly.
For the next 21 minutes, I’ll guide you into the practice of Yoga Nidrā, a deeply restful form of inner listening that invites you to slow down, soften your attention, and reconnect with what’s happening within you.
During this ritual, you’ll be invited to:
✺ Settle into deep rest without needing to force yourself to relax
✺ Turn down the outside noise and bring your attention back to your own experience
✺ Listen inwardly to sensations, feelings, images, and subtle inner cues
✺ Reconnect with yourself from a quieter, more spacious place
Whether this is your first Yoga Nidrā or a practice you’ve returned to many times, you don’t need to prepare anything perfectly.
Find a comfortable place to rest.
I’ll meet you there.
The Rest Ritual is ready for you.
Enter your name and email below and I’ll send everything straight to your inbox.

Why The Rest Ritual?
I created The Rest Ritual for the moments when you know you need rest, but slowing down doesn’t always come easily.
Maybe your mind is still busy at the end of the day.
Maybe you’ve been around a lot of people, taken in a lot of information, or simply feel full.
Maybe you feel tired, but not quite settled.
Or maybe you’re longing for a quiet place to return to yourself.
The Rest Ritual is for you if you:
✺ Feel easily overstimulated or mentally full
✺ Find it difficult to switch off, even when you’re tired
✺ Spend a lot of time caring, working, thinking, or giving your attention outward
✺ Feel disconnected from your body or your own inner voice
✺ Want to explore Yoga Nidrā without needing to meditate “perfectly”
✺ Already practice Yoga Nidrā, but are looking for a more intuitive and inwardly focused experience
What makes this ritual different?
The Rest Ritual isn’t simply an audio recording.
I created it as a small guided experience you can enter with me.
Over 21 minutes, I’ll invite you to get comfortable, let your attention soften, and gradually turn away from the noise outside of you and toward your own inner experience.
There’s nothing you need to achieve.
You don’t need to clear your mind.
You don’t need to be good at resting.
You simply need a comfortable place to lie down and a willingness to listen.
My approach to Yoga Nidrā is rooted in deep rest, inner listening, sensitivity, and intuition. Rather than asking you to follow a rigid experience, I’ll guide you while leaving space for your own body, imagery, sensations, and inner knowing to lead the way.
The accompanying guide will help you prepare for your ritual, understand the practice, and reflect on what you notice afterward.
Consider this your invitation to step away from the outside world for 21 minutes and spend a little time with yourself.

Receive Your Ritual:
Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Jaylyn.
I’m the founder of Innerswim, a Yoga Nidrā educator, women’s yoga therapist, and lifelong student of rest, sensitivity, and the inner world.
I came to this work through my own experience of feeling deeply sensitive, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself. Yoga Nidrā became one of the practices that helped me develop a very different relationship with rest and with listening inwardly.
Today, I guide women through Yoga Nidrā, intuitive practice, and feminine wellness with an approach that is gentle, spacious, and rooted in your own experience.
You won’t need to perform, achieve, or have a particular kind of experience during The Rest Ritual.
I’ll simply guide you in.
I’m so glad you’re here.
With love,
Jaylyn
