A gentle educational and experiential workshop for sensitive women who want to better understand their nervous system and learn simple ways to return to inner steadiness. In this class, we’ll explore the different states of the nervous system, reflect on how they show up in our own bodies, and practice grounding, orienting, breath, movement, and deep rest as pathways back to regulation.
This class includes a short teaching, guided reflections, gentle embodied practices, and a closing yoga nidra experience.
