I’m an experienced Yoga Nidra facilitator and educator, specially trained to guide you through the process and help you experience the full benefits of this powerful practice. We take a Total Yoga Nidra approach here at Innerswim, drawing from the different methods and traditions of yoga nidra, to create an organic and intuitive approach to this holistic practice.
Yoga nidra is for everyone, and those who choose to make it a part of their lives understand just how special it is. My intention as your educator in this training program is to empower you to know the process of yoga nidra “by heart;” to feel inspired and confident to guide others through this transformative practice that the world needs so much; and to have formed (or deepened) a real relationship with this gem of a practice, technique, and form of awareness.
Yoga nidra has been a part of my journey for lifetimes – the dream world and the unseen world within are a given to me! I’ve been guiding and teaching others in Yoga for almost a decade – most of my adult life! And I couldn’t be more ecstatic to be guiding us through the Inner Cosmos training program. You will evolve as a being just by participating in this program and being with yourself in this practice.
