What is energetic hygiene?
To be aware of, and consciously tend to, our energetic health.

Why practice energetic hygiene?
When we carry energies from others or from our environment in our field, it causes confusion, anxiety, self-judgment, disease, aches and pains, sluggishness, emotional blockages, tension headaches, fatigue, and more.
Good energetic hygiene involves clearing out ‘what is not yours,’ to make space for your own unique energy to radiate. When we’re in our own energy, we feel grounded, clear, and at home in ourselves.

How can Yoga Nidra support my energetic hygiene?
Through the practice of Yoga Nidra, we consciously connect with the elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) through sensory relaxation and visualization. These five elements restore and nourish the subtle energy body, resulting in a healthier, clearer, and happier you.
